What can be refunded

Unused credits can be refunded. A credit is unused if it has not been spent on a generation.

How long you have

Ask within 14 days of the purchase. After 14 days, unused credits are not refunded.

What is not refunded

Credits that have already been spent are not refunded. The free daily allowance is not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Include the purchase date and which pack you bought: 50 credits ($9), 200 credits ($29), 500 credits ($59), or the $12 monthly plan.

We reply by email and send an approved refund back to the original payment method.
